Technology & Equipment Overview
Efficient working is only possible with the right technology and the corresponding equipment. We know this from our decades of project experience. Here, the simplest solution can also be the best solution.
However, normally it is the combination of various, in some cases specially-modified equipment technology that makes the project a success. Therefore, we have established a Wannenwetsch workshop to find and develop precisely these project-specific solutions.
Hand lances
Hand lances are ideal for accurately cutting and removing damaged concrete, as well as for cleaning and substrate preparation. They can be used anywhere that mechanical cutting is impossible or impractical from an economic perspective.
Jet nozzles are used for selective concrete cutting and rotary nozzles for substrate preparation.

Surface cleaners
Surface cleaners are manually operated and suitable for universal use. This makes them the ideal equipment for use on limited-access construction sites to prepare, strip and renovate surfaces. Surface cleaners are used without (chemical) solvents, e.g., for removing coatings, mastic residues, cement slurry, separating compounds, paint, rust, as well as for roughening concrete and asphalt..

Telescopic robots
Where the standard robot reaches its limits, the telescopic robot rises to the challenge. There are currently three different versions available for deployment. Thanks to the larger track gauges, chain widths and the increased tare weight, the telescopic robots can also operate safely at up to 12 m from the ground without external safeguards.
In essence, we use three types, which are each designed for concrete cutting at varying working heights. The telescopic arm also offers advantages when it comes to working below standing level. If you have questions, feel free to contact us.

Custom design
In addition to modules that are assembled directly on-site such as our “Lego robots”, there are manual and automated custom designs that can be adapted or manufactured to suit a specific project, e.g., for tight space constraints, complex cross-sections or difficult component geometries.

The hand lance units can achieve pump pressures of up to 2800 bar as standard and, depending on nozzle and pressure, have water flow rates of up to 40 l/min, taking into account the maximum permissible recoil force. Varying outputs can be configured in our in-house workshop to suit all projects and requirements.

Robot units
The robot units can achieve pump pressures of up to 2000 bar and have water flow rates of up to max. 280 l/min. Varying outputs can be configured in our in-house workshop to suit all projects and requirements.
Our high-pressure pumps are equipped with state-of-the-art ES3 controllers, as well as reduced noise and exhaust emissions for environmental compatibility and for operations in inner-city areas. That is good for working conditions on-site and for nature.
